Hybrid / Virtual Regular Council Meeting

Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.

Pursuant to Ordinance No. 1054, you are hereby notified that at the above date, time, and place, the Town Council of the Town of Bay Harbor Islands will hold a Hybrid / Virtual Meeting where a quorum of the Town Council will be physically present at the Town’s 95th Street Park located at 1185 95th Street, Bay Harbor Islands, FL 33154. The general public and other members of staff will be able to view and participate in the meeting (Virtually) by utilizing the Zoom video conferencing platform.

On October 28, 2020, Town Council adopted ordinance No. 1054 making  provisions for the occurrence of and attendance at public meetings by use of communication media technology (“CMT”) by elected and appointed officials during local public health emergencies, state of emergency and other circumstances as it may be determined.
