Town's Garage Available to Residents ONLY

ID and Proof of Residence Required

Due to possible flooding from heavy rainfall combined with existing King Tide conditions, the Bay Harbor Islands' Municipal Parking Garage on 95th Street will be closed to non-residents, this afternoon, and made available for use by Bay Harbor Islands residents ONLY

Beginning at 4:00 PM today, September 26, 2022, Town residents ONLY may park their personal vehicle at no charge, on a first-come, first-served basis, while space lasts. 

• Proof of residence and ID will be required to park. Non-residents will not be permitted entry. 
• Park head-in, in LEGAL SPACES only; one space per vehicle.
• Residents' legally parked vehicles may remain in the Garage at no-charge until 9:00 AM, Thursday, September 29, 2020, after which normal parking fees will be enforced.*

The Town's Municipal Parking Garage is located at 1165 95th Street, Bay Harbor Islands, FL 33154.
