Governor DeSantis has moved all of Florida's 67 counties into Phase 3 reopening. This removes state-level restrictions on businesses such as restaurants. However, Miami-Dade County may still impose certain protocols. Click here to ready the Governor's Emergency Order. Meanwhile, the county's 11pm curfew remains in effect. Civil citations are no longer being issued for mask mandates.
There is a September 30th deadline to apply for Miami-Dade County’s Nonprofit Support Grants Program. Grants will be awarded in amounts up to $47,500 based on gross revenue. Only nonprofit organizations may apply for this grant.
Work is underway to replace the outside bridge railing on the south side of the Waterway Bridge. To accomplish this task, the outside traffic lane will be closed to traffic. The interior lane is to remain open at all times. In addition, the sidewalk on the south side of the bridge will also be closed to pedestrian traffic. This work is scheduled to take two weeks to complete – weather permitting.

The new free COVID-19 testing site is at the old Costco location at 145th and Biscayne Blvd. This replaces the walk-up Testing Site at Ronald L. Book Athletic Stadium, which is now closed.
