The 79th St Causeway bridge is shut down due to a malfunction. Traffic is being rerouted our way. Officers on scene directing traffic. Expect backups and slowdowns on the Broad Causeway Bridge and 96th Street/Kane Concourse, both the East & Westbound, thru at late as midnight.
