Please note that Governor Ron DeSantis Executive Order Number 20-69 & 20-112 suspended the requirements of Section 112.286, Florida Statues, the Florida Sunshine Law, that a quorum be physically present, and that local government bodies meet at a specific public space. The Executive Order also allows local government bodies to utilize communication media technology, such as telephonic and video conferencing for local government meetings.
