EMERGENCY ORDER BUILDING COLLAPSE, CHAMPLAIN TOWERS SOUTH

Mayor Joshua Fuller, in accordance with Chapter 252.38(3)(a), Florida Statute and Section 2.02(b)(2) of the Town Charter, finds it necessary to declare a Local State of Emergency in response to the building collapse at Champlain Towers South Condo in Surfside.
